1. Scope of Services

The Site provides online sales of coffee products, order tracking, after-sales consultation, and other related services.

You must ensure that the personal information (name, address, contact information, etc.) provided when placing an order is true and accurate; otherwise, order fulfillment may be affected.

2. Orders & Payments

After an order is submitted, the Site will confirm inventory within 24 hours. Once confirmed, the order will be deemed valid.

You must complete payment in a timely manner according to the selected payment method. Orders with unpaid amounts beyond the deadline will be automatically canceled.

The payment amount shall be subject to the display on the order checkout page, including product price, shipping fee, and relevant taxes.

3. Delivery & Returns/Exchanges

The Site will deliver products to the address specified in the order. The delivery time shall be subject to the indication on the Site or the notice from customer service.

Within 7 days of receiving the products, you may apply for an unconditional return/exchange if the products are intact and unopened. For quality-related issues, you may apply for a free return/exchange with supporting documents, and the shipping fee shall be borne by the Site.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Site does not make absolute commitments regarding subjective experiences such as coffee flavor and taste; all shall be subject to the actual condition of the products.

The Site shall not be liable for compensation for order delays or failure to fulfill orders caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, logistics disruptions), but will make every effort to assist in handling such issues.

5. Changes to Terms

The Site reserves the right to modify these Terms in accordance with business adjustments. After modification, the updated Terms will be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site's services after the posting shall be deemed acceptance of the new Terms.
